[엘에이 맛집] Jinsol Gukbap - A restaurant in LA Koreatown where you can enjoy a hearty meal with hot soup.

hello. Introducing a pork soup restaurant located in Koreatown, LA. I really love flour and fried foods, but I can't eat them often because I have trouble digesting them. On days when I have trouble digesting them, I look for food that comforts my stomach and go to a soup restaurant. I come here often because I can have a hearty meal without feeling heavy on my stomach. In Korea, I went to Busan and ate pork soup, but not often, but I think I go there more often in LA. Jinsol Gukbap didn't have many people when it first opened, but since last year, the number of people has increased and business has been good, so they opened another store nearby.

Jinsol Gukbap is located at 3-ga and Serrano Mall, and nearby there are a women-only sauna, Domino's Pizza, Jjamong (Chinese cuisine), Japanese restaurants, etc. Jinsol Gukbap seemed to be doing the best business among them. Valet parking is required and costs $2. The parking lot is small, so if there are a lot of people, cars often can't get in. If there is street parking nearby, it would be a good idea to park your car and go to the restaurant.

They say they use broth that has been steeped for 24 hours. They also sell bibim vermicelli and ribs, but there are also a lot of soups, boiled pork, and ribs. Please note that they also sell bibim vermicelli.

Lay out a piece of paper with instructions for pork soup on it.

Jinsol Gukbap menu! We ordered sundae soup and boiled pork.

Basic side dishes include cabbage kimchi, radish radish kimchi, cabbage kimchi, raw onions, and peppers, and if you order soup, chives and noodles are provided to go with the soup. If you order boiled pork, you will receive soy sauce containing pickled onions and peppers.

I ordered Sundae Gukbap and the Sundae came separately. It is delicious when eaten with salted shrimp, pepper, and perilla seeds.

notThere is already a Dadaegi in it. It's hard to see because it's at the bottom, but when you stir it with a spoon, there's quite a bit of Dadaegi, so it's a good idea to mix it in advance before adding more Dadaegi and add more if it's not enough.

The boiled pork was tender and very delicious.

It tasted even better when I added chives to the soup. There was plenty of meat in it too.

If you want to eat hot and filling soup, I recommend Jinsol Gukbab.
